Ben has lived food, fun and dining his whole life. With nearly 2 decades of experience he has founded his own Cooking School, owned several restaurants, won numerous awards and been featured on TV, in press and on radio.
As a guest feature chef, Ben has promoted Australian food in such places as Shanghai, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Beijing, Laos, Bangkok, Guangzhou as well as across Australia.
At present he lives with his beautiful wife in the beautiful mountains outside Melbourne, close to his acclaimed Wild Oak Restaurant and Cooking School. Currently contributing to several new publications as well as teaching great cooking classes and consulting for several companies, Ben also fits in time for his 3 kids, riding his Ducati, working in his kitchen garden and training for his next Triathalon.
